You can refer to the Instagram Highlight-Customised style, fill out the Google Form or directly WhatsApp us to inquire.

1. Orders need to be placed at least 3 days in advance

(Example: Pick up the goods on May 4th and place the order on May 1st at the latest)

(If the order is placed within 3 days, it will be regarded as a rush order, and additional charges may apply. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp)

2. After the customer places an order, they will reply with the order information and payment method via WhatsApp within 24 hours.

3. After the customer receives the information, please check the order within 12 hours and provide us with a screenshot to confirm that the purchase is successful, otherwise it will be regarded as an abandoned order. Once payment is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

4. Payment methods accept Payme/FPS/bank transfer.

5. If you need to change the pickup date, you can arrange a change for free and notify at least 3 days in advance.

5.1 A handling fee of $100 will be charged for the second change.

5.2 Orders that are not notified less than 3 days in advance will be regarded as urgent orders.

6. Please be sure to pay attention to the delivery time on the day you pick up the goods. If you exceed the time, we will not wait. The store will not store the goods on your behalf and will treat them as if the customer has voluntarily abandoned the order, and will not issue reissues or refunds.

7. Customers need to provide their phone number for confirmation when picking up the goods.

8. When picking up the goods, please check whether the goods are in good condition. If there is no immediate response to any problems, the store will not be responsible for any damage later.
