Studio delivery

Studio handover requires an appointment. Customers should try not to arrive early or be late. Due to the busy production process, the shop owner will not miss contact with customers.

Call Lalamove and the freight will be paid on behalf of you.

Delivery freight is charged by region, please enter the correct delivery address during checkout. We will contact you by phone before delivery. Customers need to pay the shipping fee in cash to the driver when the goods arrive. There is no drop-off restaurant or hotel reception.

Since our store calls lalamove on behalf of customers and is not its own driver, customers must carefully consider the risks involved in shipping. If the goods are damaged in any way during transportation, our store will not be responsible or refund.

We will deliver the goods within the time selected by the customer, but it will depend on the actual road conditions and the delivery time may not be completely accurate. Please pay attention to the phone number and the driver will call you when he arrives.

Same-day delivery arrangements will be cancelled, but order cancellations or refunds will not be accepted. The store will contact the customer to change the delivery date (within 60 days).
