1. Our cakes are mainly made with natural fresh cream, which does not contain any stabilizing additives and is relatively fragile and easy to melt. It is recommended to refrigerate at approximately 4°C within 1 hour after picking up the product (30 minutes in hot summer). It is recommended that guests bring their own thermal bags and ice packs.
2. Since the cake is fragile, please avoid shaking and collision during transportation and try to keep it as level as possible. Guests who drive are advised to travel with family/friends as much as possible, and one person is responsible for picking up the cake to reduce the risk of damage.
3. The cake is best enjoyed on the day of delivery. You can also keep it refrigerated until the next day. It is not recommended to consume it after the expiration date.
4. Cakes are not in stock and will be made fresh after ordering.
5. You can add chocolate brand handwriting service for $15.
6. All products and colors are hand-made, and each finished product may vary slightly from the reference picture. The decoration on the cake will be slightly changed due to supply reasons, please forgive me!
